KERIS - 2026 Novelty - The Winding – Geneva - The oscillating weight at your fingertips

At Watches & Wonders Geneva 2026, KERIS presents its latest creation: The Winding – Geneva. Following the success of the limited-edition The Winding – Push, introduced in September 2025 during Geneva Watch Days and sold out in a matter of weeks, KERIS now unveils a new piece within its Mechanical Wonders collection.
Specialising in the design and production of enlarged watch mechanisms for leading watch brands, KERIS offers, through Mechanical Wonders, collectors and enthusiasts the opportunity to acquire objects directly connected to their passion.
The familiar takes on a new dimension
Changing scale transforms both the experience and the understanding of watch calibres and components. It also allows for greater creative freedom, as illustrated by The Winding.
Rather than faithfully reproducing an entire movement — an exercise reserved for the MECA line — this piece focuses on a defining element of watchmaking: the oscillating weight.

A gesture well known to enthusiasts: turning over a watch and watching the rotor pivot through the sapphire caseback. Here, this experience is transposed to the scale of an object measuring 26 cm in height and 21 cm in diameter, set on its base and activated by hand. The rotor pivots around its axis, driving an escape wheel and the main plate in a smooth, fleeting mechanical choreography, with a full 360° amplitude.
The Winding – Geneva
Stands out with a completely redesigned oscillating weight. Its softer curves and gentler transitions draw inspiration from the watchmaking aesthetics of the Lake Geneva basin, to which the piece pays tribute. The materials used — aluminium, brass and steel — are finished according to techniques typical of wristwatch horology: polished, bead-blasted and anodised. The Winding – Geneva will be available from May 2026 through KERIS partner boutiques, as well as through selected launches on the brand’s website.
ABOUT KERIS
Founded in 2021 in Neuchâtel by Marie-Aude Acker and Guillaume Sireyx, KERIS designs and manufactures horological objects that reveal watchmaking mechanics on a larger scale. The company develops experiences that allow people to understand, explore, and admire what is usually too small to be seen.
Specializing in functional enlargements of watch movements ranging from x5 to x20, KERIS also creates objects for collectors, including the Mechanical Wonders collection.
